Ways to Work Together / Cross-Pillar Retailer / The Growth Partnership
CROSS-PILLAR RETAINER
GROWTH
The Growth Partnership
Ongoing, senior-level oversight across Branding, Marketing, and Growth Strategy — the leadership layer, without the cost of a full-time executive hire.
This is the single top-tier, ongoing offer in the suite. Rather than a single-discipline retainer, the Growth Partnership gives a client continuous strategic oversight across all three pillars at once — the natural landing point after a Brand Plan, Marketing Strategy Plan, or Growth Strategy Plan, once you're ready for ongoing support instead of a single project.
Engagement Tiers
What’s Included
Monthly strategy sessions and quarterly roadmap updates
Oversight across brand, marketing, and growth strategy — one strategic owner instead of three disconnected efforts
Campaign, brand, and growth strategy performance review
Team and vendor direction (scope varies by tier)
Terms
Six-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. The minimum isn't a sales mechanism — the first ninety days are diagnosis and alignment, and a shorter engagement would end just as the value begins. Ad spend, software, contractors, and production costs are separate and paid directly by the client.
